01 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of zk567 is subject to your full acceptance of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement applies to all users of the zk567 platform including visitors, registered members and any other persons who access the website. zk567 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the zk567 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. zk567 strictly prohibits access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Online gambling must not be prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or reside. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or suspended from zk567, nor a person subject to a self-exclusion order that covers this platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when using your zk567 account.

zk567 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending satisfactory age verification. Any winnings accumulated by a user who is found to be under 18 years of age shall be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of zk567, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are prohibited from registering more than one account per individual. Should duplicate accounts be identified, zk567 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zk567 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify zk567 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. zk567 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zk567 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

zk567 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts on a same-day basis where possible. Identity verification, as required by our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending the completion of fraud checks, identity verification or compliance review. zk567 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. zk567 will not process payments to or from third-party accounts and will not be liable for any funds sent from unverified or third-party sources.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on zk567 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type, including sportsbook, live casino, slots and other games. These product-specific rules are available within each section of the platform and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for the purpose of settling the relevant wager.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified unless expressly permitted under applicable product rules.
• zk567 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrect event or placed after an event has commenced where live betting was not intended.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet, zk567 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake to the user's account.
• zk567 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any game or betting market. Scheduled maintenance, provider downtime or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of specific features.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

zk567 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits or other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all zk567 promotions include:

• Bonuses are offered to individual eligible accounts only. Attempts to claim bonuses via multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions and game exclusions may apply to bonus funds. These conditions must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• zk567 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the provision of false information, will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk567 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform as a minor (person under 18 years of age).
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or software bugs in any zk567 game or system.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of sports fraud.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or financial information to zk567.
• Using chargebacks to reverse legitimate deposits after corresponding bets have been placed.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the zk567 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, text, audio and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of zk567 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the user. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any zk567 content without the prior written consent of zk567.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk567 and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. zk567 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the zk567 platform is at your sole risk. zk567's total liability to any user in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

zk567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time upon request.
• The account is subject to a chargeback dispute, legal order or regulatory instruction.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, compliance or reputational risk to zk567.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and earned funds (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been met) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method where technically feasible, subject to identity verification.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

zk567 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on zk567, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. zk567 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect user data. 12 Responsible Gaming
